Autumn Pilgrimage tour is Sept. 30

Locations have been announced for the 2017 Autumn Pilgrimage House Tour in Charles City.

Sponsored by Westover Episcopal Church, some of American’s most historic homes will open their doors for the tour. Properties for this year’s tour are Berkeley Plantation, Sherwood Forest Plantation, Shirley Plantation, Pinecrest, River Ridge, Westover Plantation, and Westover Episcopal Church.

The tour will take place on Sept. 30. Advanced tickets are $35 and available for purchase at www.westoverepiscopalchurg.org or by calling 512-9094. Tickets may also be purchased the day of the tour for $40. Children 12 and under are free with an accompanying adult, and funds from the tour will be used to support Westover Church’s Meals on Wheels program.
