Kip Kephart Citizenship Award winners

New Kent Sheriff’s Office presented its annual Citizenship Awards sponsored by the Kip Kephart Foundation to students during Dec. 14 ceremonies. The award is given to students who display citizenship in the community and school based on recommendation of school staff members. All winners will have their name placed on a plaque that sits in the school. Above, Keller Harris (center, wearing tie) is the award winner at G.W. Watkins Elementary School.
