“Quantum” leap to CC spelling bee title

Charles City High School seventh grader Shane Robbins displays his certificate of achievement as he won Charles City Public Schools’ annual spelling bee Tuesday morning. Robbins successfully spelled the word “quantum” to defeat participants from both the elementary and high school.
