Triad speaks to New Kent Rotary

Pat Armburst, chairwoman of the Chickahominy Area Triad, was the guest speaker at the Mar. 2 meeting of New Kent’s Rotary Club. She spoke about the organization’s mission to prevent exploitation and victimization of senior citizens.
