Karaffa graduates college, commissioned into U.S. Marine Corps

Kevin Karaffa, a 2014 graduate of New Kent High School, graduated from Radford University on Dec. 16, 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise, Sport and Health Education.

On Mar. 17, Karaffa became commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps by successfully completing officer candidate school in Quantico.
