Quin Rivers speaks to New Kent Rotary

Executive Director of Quin Rivers Community Action Agency Dr. Jack Lanier was the guest speaker at the Mar. 9 meeting of New Kent’s Rotary Club. Lanier spoke about the mission of Quin Rivers to strengthen families and eliminate poverty.
