New Kent High School LiveSmart 2018

Above, simulating impaired driving was one of the many activities that took place at the fifth annual LiveSmart event at New Kent High School on May 3. Sponsored by the Youth Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Project (YADAPP), the program provided a number of resources for students to find alternatives and positive outlets to avoid the dangers of alcohol and drugs. Below, students take a yoga class to relieve some stress from the classroom while at bottom, mannequins receive chest compressions as part of a CPR instruction course.
