‘Strides for Schools’

Colin Pierce crosses the finish line ahead of the New Kent Trojan in the 5K run at the first annual “Strides for Schools” event held June 9 at Brickshire. Sponsored by the New Kent’s Educational Foundation, the event raised money to assist with the growing needs of the school system. Jack Swynford emerged as the winner of the one-mile fun run.
