Honoring Gallaher

New Kent Chairman and District 1 representative Thomas Evelyn (right) presents a resolution to the family of the late John Lawrence “Larry” Gallaher at Monday night’s board of supervisors meeting. Gallaher worked for New Kent County for 26 years and held several roles that included director of public works, building inspector, and chief of emergency services. He also served as president of Virginia Emergency Management Association.
