New Kent Deputy Lee Bailey escorts an enthusiastic young lady down the aisle at Walmart as part of the annual “Cops who Care” program held Saturday morning. In conjunction with Henrico’s Fraternal Order of Police, the program provides breakfast and a shopping spree for underprivileged children and families during the holiday season where they are provided an allowance for clothes and toys.
