Charity in Charles City

Bicycles flood the office of Charles City Educational Foundation President Jackie Stewart as part of Angel Tree donations. Charles City Social Services, RABA (Richmond Area Bike Association), and other local sponsors, are providing gifts for approximately 100 kids to make their holiday more memorable.
