New Kent StageHands holding auditions for plays

The New Kent StageHands will hold auditions for upcoming shows in April.

Casting calls for “To Burn a Witch” and “The Internet is Distract—OH LOOK A KITTEN!”, both one act plays, will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at New Kent Middle School. Reading material will be provided and a general interest meeting will be held on Monday, Feb. 4, 7 p.m. at the middle school. The New Kent StageHands is open to persons of all acting experiences ages 16 and up. The New Kent StageHands is a non-profit organization and operates as a community theater.

The shows will be presented Apr. 12-13 at 7:30 p.m., and on Apr. 14 at 2:30 p.m. at New Kent Middle School. For more information on the plays or auditions, please call Martha Martin at 804-350-0750.
