Letter to the Editor: Says Peace deceived people on Medicaid expansion

I recently listened to Chris Peace interviews on a radio show. He has the gift of spin, as when he was asked about Medicaid expansion, he said it was “conservative welfare reform.” What is conservative about expanding welfare to more than 400,000 people? And reform means to find ways to help people get off welfare, not make them more dependent on the government.

I am extremely disappointed in Del. Peace’s flip-flopping on this very important issue. I am supporting Scott Wyatt and plan to vote at the Republican Convention on May 4.
