Two locals graduate from the College of William and Mary

Two local residents have completed their studies at the College of William and Mary.

Vanessa Adkins of Charles City and Haley Mann of Barhamsville both earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the college and were recognized during a May 12 graduation ceremony.
