Quivers makes Dean’s List at Norfolk State University

Kena Quivers, a 2016 graduate of Charles City High School, was named to Norfolk State University’s Dean’s List for the Fall 2018 semester.

In order to be named for the accolade, the student must be enrolled full-time and maintain a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
