Smolnik addresses New Kent Rotary Club

New Kent Director of Economic Development Matthew Smolnik was the guest speaker at the June 14 meeting of New Kent’s Rotary Club. He spoke about events coming to Colonial Downs and the opening of the Farmer’s Market on July 8.
