Grants for New Kent schools

New Kent County Public Schools were the recipients of grants in the total amount of $16,503.78 at Monday night’s regular school board meeting. The grants, presented by New Kent’s Educational Foundation, will be used to assist with purchasing instructional material for teachers to use in the classroom.
