Richard earns Dean’s List accolades at Old Dominion University

Sydney Richard, the valedictorian of Charles City High School’s Class of 2016, has been named to the Dean’s List for the 2019 Fall semester at Old Dominion University.

In order to earn the achievement, a student must be enrolled full-time and accumulate a grade-point average of 3.4 or higher.
