Hathaway addresses New Kent Rotary Club

New Kent County Administrator Rodney Hathaway (right) was the guest speaker at New Kent Rotary Club’s latest meeting. Hathaway spoke about the community’s goal to eliminate racism and celebrate diversity, promoting respect, and demanding ethical leadership.
