NKCDC scholarship

Grant Kowal, a 2020 graduate of New Kent High School, is the recipient of the New Kent Community Development Corporation scholarship. The $250 scholarship will assist the Christopher Newport University bound student who was awarded the amount due to his community involvement and initiatives to strengthen New Kent County.
