Charles City Elementary School PTO ‘Trunk or Treat’

Members of Charles City Elementary School’s Parent-Teacher Organization brought smiles to faces of several students during their annual Trunk or Treat held Friday night. Using social distancing guidelines, trick-or-treaters were able to show off fancy costumes and hold out their buckets to receive goodies to snack on during the Halloween season.
