Letter to the Editor: Thanks New Kent County for a well-organized vaccine clinic

I would like to thank New Kent County Administrator Rodney Hathaway for encouraging residents to register at the New Kent Call Center to receive their COVID-19 vaccines.

A vaccine clinic was held at New Kent High School on March 6. The event was extremely well organized and I would like to commend the county staff, New Kent Sheriff’s Office, New Kent Fire Department, health organization staff, and volunteers who worked and made this a successful vaccine.

Residents are pleased that New Kent County was proactive in stepping up to host this clinic.
