Big Little Library

The “Big Little Library” cart has found a home at the Ruthville Gymnasium in Charles City. In a partnership between Heritage Public Library and the Kip Kephart Foundation, the cart full of books and movies for all ages will be accessible for people to borrow and return at their leisure.
