New Kent High School Class of 2021 Salutatorian- Haylie Bayens

Haylie Bayens is salutatorian of New Kent High School’s Class of 2021 with a grade-point average of 4.601.

She is the president of the BETA Club, organizer of the school’s Livestrong and YADAPP organization, member of New Kent’s Spirit Club, captain of the school’s field hockey team, and a member of the soccer team.

Haylie will be attending Newberry College where she plans to pursue a degree in nursing while continuing her field hockey career.

She is the daughter of Carly and Dean Bayens.
