Brooks named to Shenandoah University’s President’s List

New Kent resident James Brooks was named to the President’s List at Shenandoah University for the Spring 2021 semester.

In order to accumulate the honor, a student must obtain a grade-point average of 3.90 or better while taking at least 12 credit hours in coursework.
