Jones receives NKCDC scholarship

New Kent Community Development Corporation (NKCDC) has awarded its annual scholarship to New Kent High School Class of 2021 graduate Christian Jones.

Jones was chosen by the organization’s motto of enhancing areas of community development and empowerment through numerous initiatives.

Christian will utilize the $250 scholarship grant as he pursues his degree in photography at Virginia Wesleyan University.
