Bell-Izzard elevated to Chief Customer Officer for Pepco Holdings
Morlon Bell-Izzard, a native of Charles City County, has been named as the Chief Customer Officer of Pepco Holdings.
Bell-Izzard’s primary responsibility will be to advance the effort to deliver world-class experiences for the company’s customers in Delaware, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, and Maryland. She will now assume overall leadership responsibilities for the company’s customer strategic governance and planning, including the overseeing of financial planning, technology initiatives, and reviewing customer service data analytics.
