Billups-Chalmers

Mr. Mikel Da'von Chalmers and Miss Tyler Arielle Billups.

Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Billups, of Varina, and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Chalmers, of New Kent, are blessed to announce the engagement of their daughter and son, Tyler Arielle and Mikel Da’von.

Miss Billups is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received bachelor’s and master’s degrees, respectively. She is employed as a Site Coordinator with a local affiliate of a national educational organization and is a member of the esteemed Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Mr. Chalmers is a graduate of Liberty University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning. He is a certified financial planner with a national financial services organization.

A September 2022 wedding is planned.
