Eagle Scout recognition

New Kent Eagle Scout Kody Kopacki (center) of Troop 360 is joined by his father Kevin Kopacki (left) as he is recognized District 5 Supervisor John Lockwood (right) for earning the rank after completing his Eagle Scout project. Kody renovated a cemetery on Polish Town Road that include repaving and making new walkways in the cemetery.
