Forty years of humanitarian service

New Kent County Lions Club recently presented Lion Hal Wallof (seated, front right), Charter Member of the forty-year club, the Melvin Jones Fellow award. The award is the highest honor from Lions Clubs International and is presented to those who display extraordinary efforts in providing humanitarian services.
