Charles City High School’s Crimestoppers poster contest winner

Shivawn Harris (third from left) is Charles City County High School’s winner of the Richmond Metro Crimestoppers poster contest. Shivawn won with a design that focused on methods of preventing and reporting crime and received a $500 award for her drawing.
