Charles City Public School’s ‘Teacher of the Year’

Above, Charles City High School Career and Technical Education instructor Deborah El (right) is recognized as the Division’s Teacher of the Year by Charles City Superintendent of Schools Dalphine Joppy (Left) at a Feb. 15 celebration. El was recognized for her hard work, considerate generosity when interacting with coworkers, and going beyond the call of duty to ensure the best quality of education for her students. Below, Kelly Orrell (right) is honored as she was named Charles City Elementary School’s Teacher of the Year. At bottom, high school office administrator Cindy Adkins (center) is joined by Charles City High School principal Anita Harper (left) and vice-principal Keyvette Peebles (right) as she is named as the division’s School Employee of the Year.
