Quinton teenager earns Bachelor’s Degree from Mary Baldwin University

Avery Lamprecht, an 18-year-old resident of Quinton, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology as she graduated from Mary Baldwin University.

Lamprecht was accepted into the university at the age of 14 as part of Mary Baldwin’s Program for the Exceptionally Gifted (PEG). While enrolled, she was inducted into the Alpha Mu Gamma Honor society.

Lamprecht has no plans to slow down her education, as she earned a full Presidential Scholarship to attend Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, where she will pursue a degree in data science.
