Clopton Memorial Scholarship winners

St. Peter’s Parish Church awarded five New Kent High School seniors the Louise Miller Clopton and William Boyd Clopton Memorial Scholarships at the amount of $1,000 each on May 7. Recipients were chosen based on their maturity, strong moral values, academic achievement, commitment to community, and contributions to New Kent High School. Recipients are (l to r) Trevor Evelyn, Ella Joel, and Maia Cook. Not pictured are Kiyah Stokes and Madison Gilbert.
