Graduating from Charles City’s Neighborhood College

The third graduating class of Charles City’s Neighborhood College was recognized as part of Tuesday night’s Charles City Board of Supervisors’ meeting. The six participants completed an eight-week course that provided insight into a variety of governmental departments and their day-to-day operations.
