Charles City’s ‘Back-to-School Rally’

Students pick up supplies and inspirational gifts as part of Saturday’s back-to-school rally at Charles City High School. The annual event serves as an outreach by several community organizations to provide information, supplies, and served as uplifters as kids prepare to return to school on Sept. 5.
