Experience: Thirty years as an educator, with 22 years being inside a school building, comes from a family of service.

Reason for running: “New Kent is the fastest growing county in the state of Virginia, and we need the right people with experience and skills to navigate it. We need people to solve difficult challenges, invest in the roles of our children and make sure that we support our leaders to keep New Kent County Schools successful.

Why people should vote for you: “I am experienced and have been a teacher, mentor, coach, and served on committees that helped the selection process such as principals. I have been in the classroom, and I come from a family of service. I enjoy working with others and can bring those qualities to New Kent.”
