Dean Joseph Howard

Family and friends welcomed Dean Joseph Howard, a gift from the Lord.

Dean Joseph Howard was born on Oct. 11, 2023, and is the son of Bruce Howard Jr. and Alissa Howard, and is the brother of Tripp Bruce Howard of New Kent.

Grandparents are Steve and Diane Kelly of Mechanicsville, and Bruce Howard Sr. and Betty Howard of Charles City.

Great-grandparents are Patricia “Pat” Kelly of Mechanicsville, and Jeanette Howard of Lanexa.
