Bikes donated to local Christmas Mother programs

Richmond Area Bicycle Association (RABA) delivered bikes and helmets to locations in Charles City and New Kent County as part of the Christmas Mother programs in those localities. Approximately 53 bicycles were donated to the jurisdictions.
