Chronicle announces holiday hours

The New Kent-Charles City Chronicle is announcing its holiday office hours.

The Chronicle will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25 for the Christmas holiday. Staff will work remotely on Tuesday, Dec. 26. Deadlines for next week’s issue will be Wednesday, Dec. 27, at 12 p.m.

Offices will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, for New Year’s Day. The deadline for the Jan. 4, 2024 edition will be Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, 5 p.m.

Staff will return phone calls and respond to emails at their earliest convenience.
