New Kent County Airport awarded $13,696 for easement acquisition

The Virginia Aviation Board announced that it will be awarding funds to New Kent County Airport as part of its annual designation to aviation projects.

New Kent County’s Airport received $13,696 for easement acquisition and services. The easement acquisition is phase two of a project for the airport’s expansion of the runway.

In total, the Virginia Aviation Board awarded $9.58 million to 19 airports across Virginia.
