‘The Great Animal Pantry Project’

Cadettes from Girl Scout Troop 5315 based out of Quinton recently completed their Silver Award project. Labeled “The Great Animal Pantry Project”, the group established two food pantries, with locations at 3300 New Kent Highway and in the parking lot of New Kent’s Department of Social Services. The Silver Award is the highest honor a Cadette Girl Scout (grades 6-8) can achieve.
