Certificate of Recognition

Charles City School Board members Rodney Tyler (left), Joy Harris (second from right) and Superintendent of Schools Katina Otey (far right) present a certificate of recognition to Henrico Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated for their contributions to the school system during Tuesday night’s regular board meeting. The sorority has partnered with the school system since 2009, helping with programs that include school supply drives, book drives, and hosting college workshops.
