Heritage Public Library has been selected as one of four Virginia libraries to participate in Community Webs. Ryan Jones, a native of Quinton, earned the COL Benjamin Purcell Corps of Cadets Endowment from the University of North Georgia. The award was presented at military awards review on Apr. 18. Jones was one of more than 70 cadets who earned the scholarship.
