The Benjamin Harrison Bridge that connects Charles City and Prince George county will be closed this upcoming weekend for a clutch replacement project. The bridge will close at 12 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 18 and remain closed until Monday, Dec. 21, 6 a.m. Motorists traveling to the Hampton Roads area are advised to take the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry. Heritage Public Library has received a second National Library of Medicine Grant.
