Local duo earn academic honors from Southern New Hampshire University

A pair of local residents were recognized for their academic success during the Summer semester at Southern New Hampshire University. Donald Warren, a resident of Quinton, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s President’s List for the Summer 2024 semester. To be recognized for the achievement, a student must be taking at least 12 credit hours and earning a grade-point average of 3.7 or above. New Kent graduate wins award as production director for sports stream

George Gaston, a 2017 graduate of New Kent High School, is a member of an award-winning streaming team for the Coastal Plain League. Gaston, who serves as a production director, led a production team of The Chili Peppers team that produced graphics, audio enhancement, and split-screen techniques, as well as the implementation of “Cosmic Baseball”, which is played under black light.

Swynford earns Dean’s List accolades from James Madison University
