Joe Morrissey indicted in Henrico County Circuit Court

Joe Morrissey, who represents Henrico and Charles City County in Virginia’s House of Delegates, has been indicted in Henrico County Circuit Court on several charges relating to inappropriate conduct with a minor.

A special grand jury convened on June 30, returning indictments on five counts of indecent liberties with a minor, and one count each of electronic solicitation of a minor, possession of child pornography, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and distribution of child pornography.

Morrissey has represented Charles City since 2007 as its delegate.
