Alleged Brickshire burglars each receive 22 indictments from New Kent grand jury

Three men who allegedly broke into several cars in the Brickshire subdivision in New Kent each received 22 indictments as a result during Nov. 17 grand jury proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court.

Aaron Scott Lee, 21, of the 3100 block of Chickahominy Road, Toano; Austin Curtis Peterson, 19, of the 3900 block of Penzance Place, Williamsburg; and Terrence Terrell White, 21, of the 3000 block of North Riverside Drive, Lanexa, were directly indicted on all counts Monday morning. Each individual is charged with three counts of grand larceny, seven counts of credit card theft, 10 counts of misdemeanor tampering with a vehicle, and two counts of misdemeanor petty larceny.

According to the indictments, the three men arrived at the Brickshire subdivision during the early morning hours of Aug. 30. The three defendants allegedly entered unlocked cars and stole items that included cash, coins, credit cards, gift cards, and a laptop computer. All three defendants are scheduled for January trials.

In other indictments handed down by the grand jury:

–Reginald Jarone Carter, 42, and Lori Kay Moore, 41, both of Henrico Jail East, have each been indicted on drug charges relating to activity in Henrico Jail East. According to the indictment, Moore attempted to deliver the drugs to Carter while he was an inmate at the jail on Oct. 25. An investigation determined both possessed the substance and tried to distribute it to other inmates. Carter is charged with one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, conspiracy to deliver cocaine to a prisoner, and conspiracy to deliver heroin to a prisoner. Moore is charged with one count each of delivering cocaine to a prisoner, delivering heroin to a prisoner, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, conspiracy to deliver cocaine to a prisoner, and conspiracy to deliver heroin to a prisoner.

–Richard William Fordham, 45, Charles Levoister Mickens Jr., 36, and Aarin Wright, 48, have each been indicted on conspiracy to distribute heroin. The indictments indicate that the three men attempted to distribute the substance while inmates at Henrico Jail East on Oct. 4. Fordham and Wright have been charged with two counts, while Mickens is charged with one count of the offense.

–Todd R. Guthrie, 25, of the 600 block of S. Kalmia Avenue, Highland Springs, on one count of malicious wounding. According to the indictment, the charge stems from an Aug. 4 incident.

–Forrest Blake Jones, 21, of the 7100 block of Lakeshore Drive, Quinton, on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution of child pornography. The indictment alleges Jones possessed the items on June 18 and June 29 of this year and attempted to distribute them on Aug. 8.

–Steven Thomas Lee, 49, of the 4500 block of Waywood Avenue, Chester, on one count each of driving as a habitual offender and DUI (3rd offense). Lee was pulled over on Aug. 25 and allegedly was intoxicated at the time of his arrest.

–Michael James Morgan II, 19, of the 800 block of Michigan Street, Wabash, Indiana, on count each of grand larceny and arson of a vehicle. Last May 23, Morgan allegedly stole a computer belonging to Joseph Rethemeyer Jr. and proceeded to set fire to a diesel truck belonging to another victim.

–Nancy Leigh Pace, 42, of the 7100 block of Lakeside Drive, Quinton and Christopher Erhan Cutrell, 21, of the 8000 block of Brown Avenue, West Point, each have been indicted on two counts of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy to commit grand larceny. The indictment alleges the duo stole a chainsaw and air compressor belonging to Mack Hogue and a generator and air compressor belonging to James Waddell. The conspiracy charge stems from the duo working together to steal from Waddell.

–Xavier Tyler Slayton, 20, (no address listed) on one count of abduction. Slayton allegedly abducted a woman against her free will on June 26.

–Donald Watkins, 63, of 84 Sandy Bay Drive, Poquoson, on one count each of sexual battery involving a minor and taking indecent liberties with a minor. The offenses allegedly occurred on July 7.

–Brannon Cornell Williams, 44, of the 3909 Henpeck Road, Quinton, on one count of felony eluding police. According to the indictment, Williams fled from police after receiving a signal to pull over on July 24.
