A New Kent County man faces grand larceny and destruction of property charges while suspects from Williamsburg and Henrico County have been arrested in connection with alleged unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Sheridan Sutherlin Fulcher, 22, of the 5600 block of Gentry Drive in Quinton, is charged with one count each of grand larceny and destruction of property relating to a cell phone belonging to Kristina Wolin that allegedly was taken and destroyed on Dec. 8. New Kent Deputy Jerry Simpson arrested Fulcher on Dec. 9 after warrants had been obtained.

Joshua Terrell Pope, 24, of the 4900 block of Grand Strand Drive in Williamsburg, and Chenique Laveena Johnson, 24, of the 5500 block of Rockview Curve in Henrico, are charged with one count each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after Deputy Wyatt Johnston received word about possible theft of a 2009 Ford truck that allegedly occurred on Oct. 1. An investigation led to the suspects. Pope was arrested on Dec. 14 and was being held without bond. Johnson was arrested on Dec. 15 and has been released on her own recognizance.
