Tyler seeks new term as Commonwealth’s Attorney for Charles City

Rob Tyler has announced his bid for reelection to the office of Commonwealth’s attorney for Charles City County.

Tyler has served at the post for 11 years, with the last seven and a half years in Charles City. He will be seeking a third term this upcoming November.

“I am honored to have been entrusted with the responsibility to represent the interests of the Charles City community in the justice system for the last seven years,” Tyler said in a press release. “I truly enjoyed serving my Charles City neighbors and working with them towards ensuring we can all live in a safe, peaceful, and harmonious society.

“I hope that the people of Charles City have been satisfied with my work and that they will once again entrust me with this duty,” he concluded.

Tyler has been a resident of Charles City for 20 years. He has been married to his wife, Blanca, for 10 years and has one daughter who will be entering kindergarten next year at Charles City Elementary School.
